Welcome to Swayy Visuals (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website swayyvisuals.com (“Site”), booking our services, or engaging with our content, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

SwayyVisuals provides photography, videography, editing, and related creative services for individuals, businesses, events, and organizations. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual project agreements or invoices.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Full payment is due by the date specified in your invoice or contract.

  • We accept payments via [insert accepted methods – e.g., credit card, ACH, PayPal, etc.].

  • Late payments may incur fees as outlined in your invoice or contract.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future bookings at our discretion.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Content Ownership & Usage Right

  • Raw footage and unedited photos remain the property of Swayy Visuals unless purchased separately.

  • Swayy Visuals retains the right to use completed work in portfolios, marketing, and promotional materials unless the client provides written notice restricting such use.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for securing necessary permissions for shooting at chosen locations.

  • Clients must ensure subjects are available and prepared at the agreed time of service.

  • Swayy Visuals is not liable for delays caused by client tardiness, location restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

6. Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround for edited photos is 5–10 business days.

  • Standard turnaround for videos is 10–21 business days, depending on project scope.

  • Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Swayy Visuals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • In case of technical failure, illness, or other emergencies preventing delivery of services, liability is limited to refunding any payments received for undelivered work.

8. Revisions

  • Each project includes [insert number, e.g., 2] rounds of revisions.

  • Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service at any time if the client violates these Terms, engages in inappropriate conduct, or fails to fulfill payment obligations.
